IPS® ADVANCED SCHEDULING MODULE
IPS® Advanced Scheduling Module is a new, web-based application developed to simplify work scheduling and dynamically plan and assign work based on the availability of resources. Master the optimization of time and costs, decrease the number of outages throughout the year, and boost usage of available human, material, and inventory resources. It’s a flexible application with a significant focus on security that can be used as a standalone or with other ERP systems. IPS®ASM is an automated process, that gives proposals, and recommendations, taking into account asset health, dynamic cycles with priority calculations budget constraints, outages, etc.

Scheduling Module
The main module of the IPS® Advanced Scheduling Module application is used to overview, plan and schedule actions, create assignments, define constraints, etc.
Human Resources
The module contains powerful features for human resource management (absence and shift management), team management, managing companies, and external contractors’ data.
Inventory Module
This module is designed for advanced inventory management (inventory Item overview, scheduling, and availability calculation).
Materials
Materials Module is used to overview the list of materials and their availability, as well as a list of stocks and distribution of materials per stock.
Create your dashboards
Customizable dashboards are a powerful way to keep track of your tasks. IPS®ASM gives you the tools to create custom dashboards and track progress, schedules, and tasks at a glance. Organize your widgets in a simplified and user-friendly UI and start planning your resources smarter.
The main dashboard layout is fully customizable and it can be set by each user individually. It includes a KPI charts library and recommends actions.
IPS®ASM includes materials management, where users can add materials and stock where those materials are placed. Lists of materials can then be assigned to actions during the scheduling processes.
When human resources are not available to complete work tasks or actions, rescheduling or new maintenance requests are done with a few clicks.
All recorded assets and locations can be blocked for a selected period of time. By adding Constraints to selected assets and locations those can not be used for scheduling.
IPS®ASM powered with Artificial Intelligence automatically recommends actions which can be added to the plan and be prepared for scheduling.
Advanced inventory management allows users to create inventories that can be assigned as resources when planning actions.
